Residents of Darien and McIntosh County ONLY can dump personal items, metal and concrete for free; but there are Fees Charged for tires:

• Car tires w/o rims $ 1.50

• With rims $ 3.00

• Semi-truck tires w/o rims $ 6.50

• With rims $14.00

• Larger tires charged by tonnage.

Dumpster Sites: 832-6155 - Open 24 hours a day 7 days a week for residents of McIntosh County ONLY to dump household garbage in plastic bags. Dumpster sites are located at Darien Airfield on Hwy 17, Meridian, Townsend, Shellmans Bluff Road, Crescent, Hwy 251, Eulonia, and on Jones Road near the I-95 overpass. Darien Airfield site also accepts waste oil.
