Public Transportation: Coastal Regional Coaches offers subsidized shuttle service anywhere within McIntosh, Glynn, Camden, Long, Chatham, Effingham, Bryan, Liberty and Screven Counties.  Call 1-866-543-6744 (toll free) 24-hours in advance to book a trip.  Cost is $3 each way, for county line crossed.  For example:  round-trip within McIntosh County is $6.  Round trip from Darien (McIntosh County) to Brunswick (Glynn County) would cost $12.

Residents of Darien and McIntosh County ONLY can dump personal items, metal and concrete for free; but there are Fees Charged for tires:

• With rims $ 3.00

• Semi-truck tires w/o rims $ 6.50

• With rims $14.00
